Michelle Karissa is a Native New York creative who always had an interest in Illustration, Video Editing, Social Media, Fandom Culture, Content Creation, and Branding.
In 2022, she graduated from CUNY Hunter College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Studies with a concentration in Emerging Media. She currently works as a Social Media Manager for Bookstr growing their Twitter and Pinterest audience of 16.7K on Twitter and 6.1K on Pinterest.
She has assisted with Fan Support for KPOP Sensation BTS and created a community of 5,000 followers on the now defunct account ARMYUNITEDBTS on Twitter and 10,000 members on the Facebook group.
During her free time, she enjoys learning how to make new cuisine, illustrating, discovering new cafes, studying spirituality, watching old 2000's sitcoms, and sharpening her Adobe Software skills.
